Do I need a Bank Account
with each Bank?
No. What is required is that an Escrow (Trust) account
is established in order to use the service .
|
 |
| |
What are Escrow (Trust)
Accounts?
Each client, once accepted, has individual segregated Trust
Accounts opened in any currencies in which we can trade. These
Trust accounts are held separate from both our own accounts
and those of other clients.

What types of Banks
are you using?
lntellex has partnered with many of the largest niche FX
Banks in the world.

 |
| |
Why is Bank Independence
important?
Would you trust your Bank to ALWAYS act in YOUR best interest
? We are stringently maintaining our independence to ensure
that our service is impartial.
When we say Independent Multi-Banking on a transactional
level, we mean exactly that. We are not a "Bank controlled
Platform" that PRETENDS to be independent.
|
 |
| |
How much does the service
cost?
Our "X-Border" service is better than free. We
make our profit from a commission split on any gains achieved.
So no gain to you = no profit for us. That concentrates the
mind!
|
 |
| |
Why should I trust
you with my business?
As in any FX Transaction there is no commitment for future
use. You can try us once. If you are not totally happy with
our service, then you never have to use us again. We are,
however, sure you will be impressed by the results.

 |
| |
What about security
of my money?
We use segregated Client Trust Accounts for your peace of
mind. These are held separate from both our own funds and
those of other clients with whom we deal.
|
 |
| |
What about the Data
Protection Act?
We take security very seriously indeed and are registered
under the Data Protection Act to hold the minimum amount of
data necessary to transact on your behalf. We do not publish
any details to outside parties other than the details necessary
to effect transactions.
|
 |
| |
What can you offer
that the existing platforms can't?
Independence, Integration and "Intelligent Exchange".
We have designed our services from a customer viewpoint as
that is where we started life...as customers of the monopolistic
Banks.

How can I transmit
Data?

Integration from Accounts system, E-mail Attachment, Intranet
transfer, Fax or phone.

How does SSL 128bit encryption protection protect any data that is transferred?
SSL or Secure Socket Layer is the industry standard protocol
developed by Netscape for encrypted transmission over TCP/IP
networks. It sets up a secure end-to-end link over which http
or any other application protocol can operate. In essence
when SSL is invoked the link ensures that all data passed
between the web server and the browser remain private and
integral. In order to be able to generate a SSL link, a web
server requires an SSL certificate and when installed can
be used to create a secure links to protect transactions,
passwords, personal details, etc.

| |
What does truly "Bank
independent" mean?
True Bank independence means that we are not owned by any
Bank nor are we beholden to transact through any specific
Bank. We can make an impartial decision on the best solution
to your particular needs.
|
 |
| |
How are your optimum
Banks chosen?
We arrive at the optimum solution by considering not only
the offered rate of exchange but also the associated transactional
charge that the respective Bank levies for processing any
particular payment.
|
 |
| |
How can I proceed?
Before we can accept any custom we are obliged to carry out
2 simple procedures. The first is what we call a Volume, Value,Timing
analysis (VVT). This helps us to predict service levels and
requirements. Secondly we carry out standard "Know Your
Client" procedures which are intended to reduce the amount
of Global Money Laundering which is prevalent in today's Borderless
world.
